I am a Artist and Tailor and I love creating one off special pieces that sit between Art and Fashion. My work is inspired by the fight to be a human in a machine loving world. Hand made is something that I take very seriously and celebrate.

About the practice
My garments and Art are usually made from stuff that people throw away, when I studied Art it was the only way I was able to get materials. When I did my training as a Tailor I saw how using good quality materials can give the garments a longer life, and if they are made well can be repaired easier. So I also started using found garments from my surroundings and secondhand shops to make new garments. For the same reason as before while studying Art. Now I like to combine the two when creating wearable art, and try to make Sewing patterns and tutorials so people can learn how to reuse their old garments.
