1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Upcycling Atlas website at upcyclingatlas.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Site is operated by Sans Soucie Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Site or by email where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What the Upcycling Atlas Is

The Upcycling Atlas is a global, community‑built directory of upcycling designers, re‑makers, studios, brands, collectives, educators, events and related organisations working with textile waste and reuse. The Site allows users to:

  • Create and manage listings (profiles) as individuals, studios, brands, organisations or events.
  • Search, filter and view listings and related content (stories, interviews, events, resources).
  • Submit content such as text, images, links and other materials for listings and editorial features.

The Upcycling Atlas/Sans Soucie Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of listings or third‑party services, and is not a party to any transactions between users and listed practitioners or businesses.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

By submitting it, you grant the Upcycling Atlas/Sans Soucie Ltd. a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, host, display, reproduce, edit (for formatting/technical purposes), and distribute that content on the Site and in related promotional materials (e.g., social media, newsletters, press) for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory.

4.2 You Are Responsible for Your Content

You represent and warrant that:
