About the practice
RossalsK started in 2022 as a vintage and second-hand shop with a focus on clothing repair. Today, RossalsK works to combat textile waste through repair and upcycling. The name RossalSK is a playful take on Rossal’s name and her two languages: Danish and Filipino. Rossal is her first name, while S and K come from her middle and last names – together forming RossalSK. Her collection brings together her Filipino roots with Danish inspiration and a strong focus on upcycling and sustainability. Through craftsmanship, creativity and a love of making things by hand, she explores the potential of slow fashion from painting and gardening to embroidery and much more.
