About the practice

Denim is one of the worst polluting fabrics so the more we can keep from the landfill the better. Keeping clothing in the circular fashion loop helps stop the fast fashion cycle of buy, wear once, discard. I make old, used denim funky and fun. I've been recreating my own clothes all my life. Fix it, restless it, keep wearing it. Making crazy quilt fabric from scraps is my new passion.
